Giuseppe Mazzini (Genoa, June 22, 1805 Pisa, March 10, 1872) was an Italian politician and writer with extraordinary organizational skills that put him into collision course with the biggest Powers of his time, including Austria whose Chancellor Metternich famously despised Mazzini as one of the biggest source of problems.
